We have a very useful workshop suitable for those repairs that inevitably are required. We have a jet washer that can be used before you return home.
We have plenty of parking that has had 10 offroaders parked at one time. This was our first visit from Loughborough Offroad Driving Society (LORDS) when we had two groups of 5 vehicles and 20 or so students.
We are fortunate to be located in an area that has many beautiful greenlanes suitable for 4x4’s. The majority are drivable all year round, but Martin will advise you of any with local restrictions or difficulties. We are a short drive from Salisbury Plain and the many byways open to the public. There are some restrictions depending upon army operations, but a call to 01980 674763 will provide details of ranges that are open every week. www.access.mod.uk is the official site for Mod Land across the UK.
Some very local lanes are used by Jenny and her neighbours to ride along and we do try to avoid any auto/equine conflicts and can advise on best times to drive them.
Martin regularly drives the local lanes in his 1968 SIIA Lightweight and is always happy to join in a trip if there are less than five vehicles.
The garden accommodated tents as well as utilising all B&B rooms and a few floors. We are open to ideas to like minded groups.
The Trailwise website is www.trailwise.org.uk to obtain excellent information about greenlanes across the UK. The image below comes from this site.
